🚀 Your mission:

  • Establishment and enhancement of regular financial transparency (internal reporting on balance sheet and profitability) in relation to investment companies in Poland and abroad (focus: abroad) 
  • Analysis of financial data from the investment companies, proactive clarifying on ambiguities, derivation of areas of action, development and tracking of measures 
  • Coordination of financial and corporate law issues at the interface to the associated companies, also with regard to new initiatives and business models 
  • Ensuring that central controlling-related topics are also rolled out to the affiliated companies to a pragmatically sensible extent 
  • Involvement in the local planning process ("push & pull") to ensure that uniform group standards are observed as far as possible 
  • Taxproof managing of transfer pricing and preparation of transfer pricing documentation 
  • Setting up German group financial statements (including measures of consolidation) and preparation of accompanying documents like statement of equity or cash flow statement 
  • Contact person for tax advisors and auditors in relation to matters concerning the associated companies

🎯 Expectations:

  • Completed university degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or controlling and/or taxes • Professional experience in an auditing company in the field of auditing, tax and/or finance
  • Ability to work in an international team and strong communication and analytical skills 
  • High IT affinity, especially Excel 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willingness to travel (30%)
