Project Manager - New Product Introduction
Remote + travel to the office in Kleinheubach when needed (1x per month for 2 days)

Your responsibilities
We are looking for a structured, communicative and proactive Project Manager (New Product Introduction) who will take ownership of launch and relaunch projects - from idea to market launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and processes, and ensure smooth and on-time delivery of our new product introductions.
- Manage end-to-end product launch and relaunch projects, from concept to market release.
- Create project charters and timelines in coordination with all involved departments.
- Drive agile project work - plan, coordinate and monitor project sprints.
- Ensure project controlling, milestone tracking and follow-up on team deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation and conduct regular project status reporting.
- Organize and moderate cross-functional meetings and workshops, both on-site and online.
- Lead stage-gate meetings to manage feasibility, launch, and lifecycle phases.
- Communicate with external partners and service providers during all project stages.
- Identify and assess project risks and define mitigation plans to avoid delays.
- Support the rollout phase after launch, including packaging or recipe changes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or similar tools.
- Structured, goal-oriented and systematic way of working.
- Ability to manage several parallel projects with clear prioritization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, even under pressure.
- Hands-on, independent and responsible work style, with great attention to detail.
- Experience in the agriculture or petfood industry is a strong plus.
- Passion for simplification and process improvement mindset.
