Tasks
- Procurement of promotional materials, POS items, printed materials, and textiles in line with defined quality standards, market prices, and required deadlines
- Negotiation of purchase orders and supplier agreements while ensuring product availability and continuity of supply
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities through portfolio analysis, market research, and sourcing new suppliers
- Close cooperation and coordination with internal stakeholders, especially Marketing and Sales departments
- Ensuring compliance with product safety and quality standards for all promotional items
- Coordination with the purchasing team in Kleinheubach and representation of marketing procurement at this location
- Maintenance of material master data and responsibility for all items within the assigned category
Expectations
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in promotional materials, POS, printed materials, or textiles
- Presence at the factory in Nowy Tomyśl: at least once every two weeks, and presence at the office in Poznań at least once a week.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a structured and organized approach to work
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
- Understanding of inventory management and supplier relationship management
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
- Sense of responsibility for product safety, quality, and compliance with legal requirements
- Additional advantages: experience in marketing, knowledge of international sourcing/import processes, German language skills, experience in master data management, and ability to work cross-functionally in teams
