AI & Automation Team Lead (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the AI team and company-wide AI Ambassador network.
  • Set and deliver AI & Automation strategy aligned with ERBACHER’s goals, vision and values.
  • Drive AI initiatives and process digitization from business case to deployment, adoption and impact measurement.
  • Lead make-or-buy decisions, internal delivery and external partners; establish agile frameworks for adoption, integration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive change and AI adoption across teams, align stakeholders and guide AI-assisted development, including “vibe coding.”
  • Oversee AI governance, ethics, compliance and tool rollouts; assess technologies, vendors, ROI and societal impact.

Expectations

  • 3+ years leading and developing interdisciplinary technical/digital teams and coordinating ambassador networks.
  • Expertise in AI, ML, applied data science and automation, including LLMs, generative AI, predictive models and automation pipelines.
  • Proven end-to-end AI project delivery, measurable productivity gains and technology partnership management.
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance, data protection, regulation (including the EU AI Act) and responsible AI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling and change management across business and executive teams.
  • Business-fluent English required; German and/or Polish is an advantage.
