Social Media Specialist International (Focus Video)

Your tasks:

• You are a real social media genius and love to spend your time in various feeds and love well thought-out and created content? Then we are looking for you as an international Social Media Manager* for Petfood Brands With a focus on video content you will be responsible for our international activities on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok and create (international) editorial plans together with freelancers and/or external agencies in alignment with our sales and marketing activities  
• You master the craft of filming videos, are technically savvy, and well-versed with camera equipment 
• As a real organisational talent, you pull the strings of our international social media accounts all over the globe: monitoring a variety of international accounts, managing freelancers, coordinating translations, driving synergies by delivering ready-to-use content 
• You are driven by numbers and data and know exactly how to use tools and key figures to check and improve the success of organically produced content with the help of meaningful reports  
• With your strong affinity for digital media and interest in new trends, you'll actively monitor the market and keep yourself constantly updated.  Independent project management and close collaboration with interfaces such as performance and brand marketing, as well as designers and international colleagues round off your area of responsibility 

Expectations:

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional – preferably international – experience in social media or communication preferably in FMCG/E-Commerce, agency experience is an advantage 
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills - other foreign languages are an advantage 
• You have extensive experience in building & managing professional social media presences, especially with video content (Youtube experience is of adavantage) 
• You have hands-on experience in producing and creating authentic video content for social media platforms  
• You're not afraid to travel to various locations often (35% travels monthly)
• Terms such as ‘interaction rate’, ‘CTR’, ‘CPM’ and ‘conversion rate’ are a natural part of your vocabulary 
• An affinity for dogs and cats is essential 
• Your profile is rounded off by sociability, an independent way of working and the ability to adapt quickly
