Tasks:

  • You will develop all packaging and packing materials required by the company.
  • You will be responsible for testing new packaging materials.
  • You will provide your technical expertise to support our packaging procurement team.
  • You will also accompany various innovation projects and support the implementation of our sustainability strategy.
  • You will manage internal and external complaint handling related to packaging.
  • Packaging specifications will also be under your responsibility.
  • You will represent the company at conferences, meetings, and trade fairs.

Expectations:

  • You have a completed degree in a technical field such as Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
  • You bring several years of relevant professional experience in this field.
  • You are communicative and open, with a talent for networking and building relationships.
  • You work independently and possess constructive problem-solving skills.
  • You have knowledge of horizontal form-fill-seal (FFS) machines and single bag filling systems (approx. 4-20 kg).
  • You are fluent in Polish and have good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel to the company's headquarters for business trips
