Tasks:

  • You are responsible for procuring packaging materials in the desired quality and at market-competitive prices for the entire food family.
  • You develop and implement procurement strategies for your product categories, from sourcing to contract signing.
  • Contract management, supplier management, and handling complaints also fall within your area of responsibility.
  • You analyze raw material and procurement markets.
  • You are responsible for negotiating framework agreements and supply contracts for all packaging within your area of responsibility.
  • You collaborate on all packaging-related topics (relaunches, projects, etc.) and work closely with product management, SCM, marketing, and operations.
  • You identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the master data of all articles within your area of responsibility.

Expectations:

The resume should be written in English

  • You have completed commercial training and ideally have experience in procurement.
  • You have a strong service mindset and customer orientation.
  • You work in a structured manner and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • You remain calm even in stressful situations.
  • You speak fluent German and very good English.
  • You are proficient in Excel for preparing tender documents and analyses; SAP knowledge is desirable.
