Head of Sales Marketplaces

Your main responsibilities:

- Expansion and leadership of the “Sales Marketplaces” team   

- Responsibility for the sales area "Marketplaces"   

- Contract negotiations with marketplaces and external partners 

- Expansion of international marketplace activities  

- Participation in the development and implementation of the company-wide eCommerce strategy with a focus on marketplaces 

- Product range, pricing, and channel strategy in close coordination with other eCom touchpoints and marketplace managers


Expectations:

- At least 3 years of management/leadership experience 

- At least 3 years of experience in managing marketplace activities 

- Knowledge of English – advanced level

- Experience in onboarding marketplaces 

- Strategic and entrepreneurial vision 

- Experience in optimizing the customer experience 

- Strong negotiation skills

- Experience from the perspective of a brand owner serving various online and offline touchpoints 

- Affinity with pets

- knowledge of German, French, or Spanish – nice to have
