Innovation Manager

Tasks

  • You lead innovation projects purposefully and convey knowledge about methodical work with ideas and innovations.
  • You conduct workshops, and in training sessions, you impart your solid knowledge of Business Canvas, Design Thinking, Business Prototyping, or other agile project management methods.
  • You work closely with the areas of digitalization, brand management and market strategy.

Expectations

  • You have a completed degree as well as several years of professional experience in project management and corporate innovation.
  • You are enthusiastic about developing innovative business models, products, or services in the technology and food sectors, as well as working in interdisciplinary teams.
  • You bring solid knowledge in marketing, corporate innovation, and the use of agile project management methods. 
  • You feel comfortable in the AI world to continuously identify optimization potentials for the inno process.
  • Due to your reliable and inspiring personality, you find it easy to involve people even in changing situations and to implement changes.
  • You have very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
