Team Leader - Design

Your tasks:

  • Leading and developing an in-house design team (11 employees). 
  • Responsibility for the global visual appearance of the food family brands in collaboration with Brand Managers and other internal stakeholders. 
  • Realization of campaign and design concepts through to final artwork. 
  • Providing consultancy and support in brand development campaigns, evaluating and promoting brand images from a conceptual and strategic perspective. 
  • Planning, organizing, monitoring design assignments, and managing team resources. 
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and meeting stakeholders' expectations.  
  • Enhancing team processes through new tools and methodologies.
  • Monitoring and implementing trends and innovative solutions, fostering a creative work environment.
  • Coordinating and negotiating with external service providers, including agencies and freelancers. 

Expectations:

  • Experience both in agency and in-house Design. 
  • Degree in creative management, fine arts, marketing, graphic design, or a related field. 
  • Very good written and spoken English (business fluent). 
  • Experience in leading teams and resource planning. 
  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts. 
  • Conceptual and strategical skills (concept development). 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills. 
  • Open to new ideas and innovation, creative mind.
  • Suitable software knowledge and technical skills (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimension, Lightroom, Canva). 
  • German language skills are an advantage.
