Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence in:
    • Production planning in short to long term towards high Customer Satisfaction (OTIF) ensuring high CTP (Conformance to Plan)
    • Raw material management (loose, packed, packaging) – setup inventory & purchase orders policy, control lead times and safety stock management
    • Inventory and warehouse replenishment
    • External partners (Co-Manufacturers) management
    • Drive SAP-based process planning excellence to balance key company KPIs
  • Translate strategy into execution:
    • Implement OKRs, KPIs, dashboards and proper reporting process for key supply chain planning metrics
    • Align international planning processes with key stakeholders
    • Lead S&OE meetings and Support S&OP process with future preparation to IBP implementation
    • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain planning processes, including correct master data & planning parameters in SAP
    • Review team’s performance, process execution, and build sustainable documentation
    • Digitalize and automate manual workflows, ensuring 
  • Support key supply chain programs:
    • SAP PP-DS, SAP ATP, SAP IBP in the future
    • S&OP Excellence Program
    • Multi-factory & network planning
    • APS implementation
  • Lead and develop team:
    • Manage an international team with cross-functional influence
    • Communicate with all stakeholders to balance their expectations with overall company strategy and Planning evolution roadmap
    • Set goals and conduct performance reviews
    • Drive change management across team as well as beyond
    • Plan budget and manage cost base
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    • Coordinate tasks within Supply Chain Planning teams 
    • Align country-specific and cross-functional processes (Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, Product Management)
    • Ensure team resilience, build engagement, build talend pipeline & high performing team

Expectations:

  • Proven experience in production, supply, material planning or Logistics
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in team leadership roles
  • Degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and production planning systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and drive change
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational execution
  • English proficiency
  • B2+ level of German is a plus
  • Willinges to travel to Germany on regular basis
