Your tasks:
- Scrutinise "as-is" processes and develop an operational excellence system and then continuously develop it further
- Together with other departments and managers, improve operational processes and workflows
- Promote operational excellence through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles and develop continuous improvement capabilities throughout the organisation
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, create transparency and optimise and optimise on the basis of KPIs
- Carry out value stream analyses of entire process chains to optimise processes
- Actively promote collaboration across departmental, site and functional boundaries
- Establish a dynamic work culture that is geared towards continuous improvement
Your mission:
- You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience and strong expertise in the areas of Operational Excellence and Lean Production
- You are characterised by a strong hands-on mentality
- You have already gained leadership experience as a disciplinary manager
- You have strong knowledge of operational excellence tools and methods (Lean, VSM, 6S, SOP, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
- You have strong moderation and presentation skills as well as a structured, goal- and team-orientated way of working team-orientated way of working with communication and enthusiasm skills
- You have strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers combined with a high level of cost awareness
- Work mostly in Nowy Tomyśl (Poland, 1 hour from Poznań) / Kleinheubach (Germany, 70km from Frankfurt am Main)
- Very good English skills
