Your tasks:

  • Scrutinise "as-is" processes and develop an operational excellence system and then continuously develop it further
  • Together with other departments and managers, improve operational processes and workflows
  • Promote operational excellence through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles and develop continuous improvement capabilities throughout the organisation
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, create transparency and optimise and optimise on the basis of KPIs
  • Carry out value stream analyses of entire process chains to optimise processes
  • Actively promote collaboration across departmental, site and functional boundaries
  • Establish a dynamic work culture that is geared towards continuous improvement

Your mission:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience and strong expertise in the areas of Operational Excellence and Lean Production
  • You are characterised by a strong hands-on mentality
  • You have already gained leadership experience as a disciplinary manager
  • You have strong knowledge of operational excellence tools and methods (Lean, VSM, 6S, SOP, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
  • You have strong moderation and presentation skills as well as a structured, goal- and team-orientated way of working team-orientated way of working with communication and enthusiasm skills
  • You have strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers combined with a high level of cost awareness

  • Work mostly in Nowy Tomyśl (Poland, 1 hour from Poznań) / Kleinheubach (Germany, 70km from Frankfurt am Main)
  • Very good English skills

    An advantage: German skills
