About our team

The Project Manager will be part of our new Digitalization Area and the Digital Projects & Applications team which is up and running since January 2024. This area is one of our change driving units within the food family. As pioneers we have to recognize changes in customer expectations, market conditions, technical possibilities and external influences at a very early stage and find a response to them. Our mission is to deliver the best possible user experience to our customers 24/7 across all digital touchpoints to generate reach, brand awareness and revenue. This requires high project management skills, an excellent understanding of processes, and a keen sense of relevant trends. We consistently question how we can ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness with digitalized and automated processes in the food family. Our team consists of different project managers responsible for our B2B & B2C webshops, websites, marketplaces, mobile apps, our CRM system and the controlling of external agencies and providers.

As a part of our internal agency, we work with all different areas within the food family, e.g. sales & touchpoints or brands. The main interfaces will be stakeholders of our B2C and B2B online sales channels.

Your tasks:

• Planning, conception and management of complex digital & e-commerce projects in the B2C and B2B environment for our online stores & websites together with our external development agency and our own web developers. 

• Technical conception and development of solutions together with our internal customers, as well as the technical implementation with our external partners or internal web development 

• You organize the tasks with JIRA and document changes or new requirements in Confluence. 

• Due to your high quality standards, you test all changes and new features together with our customers and thus ensure as few bugs as possible. 

• You are the contact person & interface for our internal customers, teams & stakeholders

Expectations:

• Several years of experience in the implementation of digital & e-commerce projects (min 5 years exp)

• You are a strong organizational talent, have a high degree of service orientation and are characterized by an independent and structured way of working 

• A solution-oriented way of working as well as innovative thinking with analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile 

• You are a strong communicator and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
