Social Media Specialist Agrar

Your tasks:

• Are you a real social media genius and love to spend your time in various feeds and love well thought-out and created content? Then we are looking for you as a Social Media Manager* for our agricultural division
• You will be responsible for our activities on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and create (international) editorial plans together with freelancers and/or external agencies in alignment with our sales and marketing activities
• As a real organisational talent, you pull the strings of our international social media accounts: managing freelancers, coordinating translations, driving synergies
• You accompany or manage video shoots on farms, trade fairs and events 
• You are responsible for influencer and community management
• You always keep an eye on the market to analyse the latest trends and identify further marketing potential
• Together with external agencies and freelancers, you take on the copywriting for various marketing texts for the agricultural sector 
• You are driven by numbers and data and know exactly how to use tools and key figures to check and improve the success of organically produced content with the help of meaningful reports
• Independent project management and close collaboration with interfaces such as performance and brand marketing, as well as designers and international colleagues round off your area of responsibility

Expectations:

• You have a degree in marketing, economics, communications, agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media
• You are able to travel to Germany once per month
• You have knowledge of or at least an affinity for the agricultural sector
• You are active in social media and a digital native
• You are creative and conceptually strong - you love to write and have no difficulty presenting even complex topics in an entertaining and appealing way
• You are structured and well-organised to keep track of all freelancers, channels and project
• Excellent written and spoken English - other languages are an advantage
• Your profile is rounded off by sociability, an independent way of working and the ability to adapt quickly
