Sales Support Specialist (Sales Support National DE)

1/2 Part time job Hybrid / international work model: approx. 2x year office in Germany, Kleinheubach, Poznań and Nowy Tomyśl office - when needed

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement sales campaigns
  • Organize and manage campaign-related promotional materials 
  • Coordinate the annual whole sales Christmas campaign 
  • Execute trade fair campaigns 
  • Support content development for the Spotlight Agrar format 
  • Serve as a contact person for sales in the WhatsApp Business area (onboarding, queries)
  • Process and forward inquiries from the SaSu mailbox (retailers & sales colleagues)
  • Plan, organize, and implement live campus events (conferences)
  • Organize and moderate webinars
  • Approve invoices and process purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Maintain advertising materials and documents in the B2B portal

Expectations

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1/B2)
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and team spirit

    Optional: Experience with systems such as SAP, CRM, Canva, GIMP, Magento
