As part of the Digitalisation Area and Digital Marketing Services Tribe, the Design Team is responsible for the visual appearance of the brands within the food family. Our work is divided into the sectors of print, online, exterior and corporate design. We create and implement online banners, shop and car brandings, posters, flyers, brochures, booth, PoS and support further development of the corporate design guidelines of international projects. We have an international team and we support our stakeholders from Germany and Poland. This makes us a very central and important interface to Brand Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Product Management or People & Culture. Mission of the role: providing strong leadership and connecting the creative approach to the business strategy. Working closely with an internal client, the Expert Lead sets the goals and prioritize tasks with the Design Team. He/she is also responsible for supporting the team in creating workflow efficiencies, timelines, managing budgets, developing creative guidelines and providing full-service support.

Your tasks:
• The chance to gain experience supporting meaningful international projects
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, websites, and social media (online)
• Design layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards using Adobe InDesign (print)
• Assist in the development of brand identity and design guidelines
• Review new and existing briefs and brainstorm their execution
• Delivery of designs in a timely manner that meets our internal clients’ deadlines
• Working closely with the whole international design team (Poland, Germany)
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design skills and techniques
Expectations:
• Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
• A strong curiosity and passion for graphic design, illustration and/or digital design
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
• Good English skills (Min. B2)
• Experience with creative suites such as Adobe and Figma is a bonus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Remote experience is a plus
• Love of animals and an interest in nutrition
• Hourly rate and availability to work min. 25 hours per week
