Tasks

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO standards, processes, templates, and tools to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery across the organization.
  • Support and advise Project Managers and senior leaders in applying project management methodologies – including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and structuring by coordinating project priorities, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and track project progress: establish reporting mechanisms, analyze deviations from planned results, and propose corrective or preventive actions.
  • Prepare management reports and decision-making materials summarizing project performance, risks, and recommendations.
  • Optionally, lead selected projects or programs directly, especially complex or cross-functional initiatives.

Expectations

  • Proven experience in a PMO environment or in a role with strong project management components (approx. 3 years, depending on seniority level)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and senior management in an international environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset – capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimization within the PMO framework.

    Added value: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and proficiency in using PMO tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Power BI.
