Support of the SAP EWM system 1st level support working in the project working on improvements testing new processes. Working directly with all departments using SAP ewm external suppliers for SAP EWM.

Your tasks:
- 1st level support working in the project working on improvements testing new processes (till the end of the year, than Go-live and improvement phase)
- Reinforcement of our existing Key User team in our Next Level Logistics project
- As an SAP Key User Logistics you are part of the logistics department and the first contact person for process and system issues. As first-level support, you ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business
- You actively shape the logistics processes and systems by conception and commercial evaluation up to the implementation of optimizations (change requests)
- You carry out SAP EWM process tests in rollout phases and within the scope of change requests and release management
- You help the operative system users in terms of training and support for the optimal use of the logistics systems
- You support the operational logistics management in controlling by creating statistics and evaluations
- You develop your know-how in SAP EWM through appropriate further training within and outside our organization
Expectations:
- Practical Logistics experience
- Process know-how in logistics environments
- IT affinity
- Strong communication skills
- SAP (WM/EWM) experience in logistics environment
- Evaluation and analysis skills
- Experience with ticket systems (e.g. Jira)
- Knowledge of English min. B2
