🚀 Your mission:

  • 1st level support/ticket processing in coordination with the application manager in day-to-day business: finding the cause of problems in the day-to-day operation of his area and solving problems through process customisation by adapting programmes in SAP together with the internal SAP application manager (if necessary with the programmer) 
  • Implementing workarounds together with the application manager/IT in the event of technical problems  
  • Qualification of issues for 2nd level support by training the employees through correct master data maintenance (is not responsible for master data maintenance)  
  • Answers simple enquiries about usage  
  • Definition, optimisation (efficiency/security) and in-depth knowledge of the business processes of the areas


  • Your passion for innovative technologies and your enjoyment of customer communication make you a perfect match for us
  • You work independently and proactively in combination with a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in the finance department of a company
  • 2-3 years of experience as an application consultant/SAP consultant, preferably in finance  
  • Practical experience with SAP is desirable
  • Very good English skills
