Our team

Administration of applications to control our production facilities. This includes maintenance, updates, upgrades, patches as well as checking the settings and customizing of the applications. The team is also responsible for authorization and user management, as well as (change) documentation. Coordination of external service providers and interface to internal IT. First point of contact for errors that occur in the production environment.

Offer stage - Welcome to the Food family!

Your mission:

  • Hybrid work in the Nowy Tomyśl office (1 x month for minimum 3 days) / Onboarding: every day for 2 months to get to know the area and softwares
  • Administration of (10-15) applications to control our production facilities. (MES)
  • Maintenance, updates, upgrades, patches as well as checking the settings and customizing of the applications.
  • Responsibility for authorization and user management, as well as (change) documentation. 
  • Coordination of external service providers and interface to internal IT. 
  • First point of contact for errors that occur in the production environment.
  • Cooperation with: Productionplanning, IT, internal technical Service departments / Manufactury execusion system, Fotovolcaic system monitoring, Charging stations - granting access, Conversations with suppliers, when something doesn't work contact the supplier / perform updates 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in network infrastructure workstations, servers, TCP/IP and, if necessary, interfaces 
  • Experience with application management 
  • Good understanding of technical or procedural contexts 
  • Analytical mindset Self-initiative and open to new technical challenges 
  • Good communication skills that interface with many business areas English spoken and writte

    Good to have: 
  • Initial knowledge of dealing with MES systems
  • First professional experience in a networked production environment
  • German language
