Teamlead Sales Support International

🚀 Your tasks:

• As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic realignment and consolidation of our international sales support activities across all business sectors into a new organizational unit

• You will manage an international sales support team focused on B2B clients

• You will ensure team motivation and coaching, promoting individual personal development

• You will continuously review and improve processes with your team to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction based on defined KPIs

• You will initiate and lead projects within the International Sales Support team to improve processes and workflows in this area

🎯 Expectations:

• You have completed a degree in business administration or possess a solid commercial education or other relevant further training

• You bring extensive professional experience in sales support or customer care on a global level

• You have significant leadership experience, ideally having previously realigned sales support units in a manufacturing environment

• You demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation coupled with deep process knowledge

• You have solid expertise in change management and in working with intercultural teams

• You possess excellent English skills (B2+)

•  Remote work + From time to time (1 x per month maximum) travel to Kleinheubach / Nowy Tomyśl
