
Head of Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities
- Develop a companywide strategic roadmap to improve planning maturity and align strategic roadmap with key stakeholders across functions, hierarchy and different parts of the business.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional teams on scenario modeling, planning strategies, and inventory targets.
- Define key metrics to improve speed, delivery, and cost; track progress.
- Support annual and strategic planning for supply chain teams.
- Manage teams of experts and specialists to continually assess operational network planning assumptions, including safety stocks, lead times, order quantities, campaign or production strategy, batch yields and cycle times.
- Work with business unit leadership to generate a consensus demand plan, consensus supply plan and a final S&OP plan.
- Oversee demand and supply planning, including monthly S&OP inputs.
- Identify risks and opportunities in demand, supply, and inventory.
- Work with various cross-functional teams like portfolio managers on projects such as new product launches, line extensions, product discontinuations, promotions, and events.
- Assist in development of annual and strategic plans and reconcile them with monetized S&OP plans. Drive resolution of gaps to plans and communicate and escalate critical gaps between the plans in the S&OP process.
Expectations
- At least 6 years of experience in management positions, preferably in comparable roles.
- Experience in international business environments and an understanding of different cultures and markets.
- A deep expertise in demand, supply, inventory, and integrated planning, backed by strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable planning outcomes.
- Proficiency in planning technologies and systems is essential, along with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- High willingness to travel.
- Good command of English (B2/C1).
- Completed studies in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
