Tasks

  • Based on the company strategy, you take on the strategic direction and operational execution of international Customer Care processes (“Order-to-Cash” and “Problem-to-Solution”) and ensure excellent customer experiences along the entire value chain.
  • You lead and develop an international team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and actively drive the transformation of the organization, processes, and systems.
  • You are responsible for planning and optimizing processes and KPIs (service, cost, customer satisfaction) and manage the customer segmentation strategy.
  • You act as the central contact person for strategic customer relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, IT, as well as with external partners (e.g., 3PLs, private label customers).
  • You lead change and digitalization initiatives, promote innovation, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • You are accountable for data and risk management in the field of Customer Care Processes and ensure synchronization of customer and product data in line with industry standards.

Expectations

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role in international Customer Care or Fulfillment.
  • You bring proven experience in leading and developing international teams as well as in implementing transformation and change projects.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, KPI optimization, data management, and have hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are able to coach and inspire teams at all levels, and stand out through strong social competence and conflict management skills.
  • Ideally, you have experience with OKR methodology, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process optimization methods, and you bring project experience in the digitalization of business processes.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • You speak English at least at B1 level, ideally at C1; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (>20%) and ideally bring industry knowledge from FMCG, pet food, consumer goods, or food processing.
